**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- _Subject to limited exemptions under applicable law._

**Physical Demands**
- Constant moving & standing for at least 2 consecutive hours
- Lifting up to 30lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Climbing ladders
- Reaching for items above eye level
- Involves close vision and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

**One-Time Sign-On Bonus**:
Full-time associates qualify for a $500 Sign-On Bonus. Part-time associates qualify for a $250 Sign-On Bonus. New employees must remain employed and in good standing for 90 days to be eligible for bonus. The employee will receive the Sign-On Bonus on the next pay period following the 90th day of employment.
