**Job Summary**
Federal Glass Services Inc is seeking a highly driven individual to join the Federal Glass team. This position will be responsible for working closely with the Project Management Team, Business Development Team, Installers, Suppliers, and Clients to assist in the completion of upcoming projects while maintaining great customer satisfaction.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assisting and collaborating with the Estimating Team & Project Management
- Communicate with external suppliers/contractors for pricing and design purposes
- Produce and submit quotations according to tender scope & deadlines
- Prepare start-up and close out documents as per client’s request
- Submit invoices as per project completion
- Distribute, maintain and occasionally update all active project files while keeping project handlers informed. This included estimates, highlighted drawings, shop drawings etc.
- Produce, review, submit and distribute AutoCAD shop drawings
- Occasionally prepare potential solutions for any design/pricing issues, using construction drawings/project specifications/experience in a timely and efficient manner.

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
