**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide technical support for both Windows operating systems, assisting users with software and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware problems, ensuring mínimal disruption to daily operations.
- Assist with the management of local area networks (LAN) and virtual private networks (VPN) to ensure secure connectivity.
- Utilize ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Connectwise to track and manage IT support requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Document solutions and create user guides for common technical issues to enhance the knowledge base.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both Windows operating systems.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with LAN setups, VPN configurations, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Previous experience in IT support or technical support roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $19.50-$28.17 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 22.5 per week

- Monday to Friday
