Pride Fleet Solutions is seeking to hire a FULL-TIME, On-Site **Reefer Technician** for the location Milton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair transport refrigeration units as required.
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair engines, refrigeration systems, and electrical controls/wiring.
- Perform regularly scheduled maintenance services, including oil and filter changes, unit inspections, and other relevant tasks.
- Understand the reefer department service program for preventative maintenance on each unit.
- Utilize the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required to ensure safety.
- Work safely and maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
- Fulfill any other duties as required by the company.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certification or technical training in refrigeration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a transport refrigeration technician is highly desirable.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for engines, refrigeration systems, and electrical components.
- Knowledge of refrigeration unit maintenance and preventative service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
