Acara Solutions is looking for **Production Workers in Hamilton, ON.**

**Any Experience can Apply**

**Direct hire opportunity with full-time benefits**
- $19.05 + $1.00 rotational shift bonus. $20.05/hr 40 hours a week.
- Long-term placement with a $2,500 signing bonus.
- Pension is available within this unionized environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 30-40 pounds while working and be flexible to work rotational shifts. The bakery operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and adjust machines
- Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to ensure correct processing
- Prepare products for distributions (may include wrapping, packaging, shipping)
- Check product quality and adjust as necessary
- Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment and main processing area
- Maintain shift logs and record of other data
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, Company Joint Health & Safety Programs, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

**Job Requirements**:
