Café Supervisor

Le Gourmand operates five cafés and bakeries in Toronto where we produce hand made, world famous cookies, from scratch pastries and desserts. We have been baking all of our goods on-site daily for 18 years and pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients in our recipes. We look to the history and style of the grand cafés of Europe to create a warm and inviting space with friendly service and exceptional coffee.

**Job description**
- Producing perfect third wave style espresso drinks
- Organizing catering and pick up orders.
- Cash handling and producing end of sales day reports.
- Train, support and lead a motivated team of Le Gourmand staff members who are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide memorable experiences for our guests.
- Work closely with Operation Managers and heart of house management to ensure we are serving our goods with the utmost quality and freshness.
- Promote a culture of pride in relation to the effort we take to produce artisan goods, amazing coffee and detailed personal service.
- Comply with all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
