**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundman to join our team. The Groundman will play a crucial role in supporting various operations, particularly utility line clearance work. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and efficiency while working with heavy equipment and tools.

**Duties**
- Assist in the operation of bucket trucks and other heavy machinery for various tasks.
- Support maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, and general upkeep of green spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to rig equipment safely and effectively for various projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to bucket operation and other relevant tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in chainsaw and chipper operations, landscape maintenance or gardening is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to rigging and equipment operation.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor as required.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
