**Job Overview**

MM PHYSIO is seeking a passionate and skilled **Chiropractor** to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Cambridge and Guelph. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, primarily related to the spine, while benefiting from a steady referral network and a fully supported administrative system. You’ll collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art facility designed to help you grow your practice from day one.

**Duties**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health histories and physical conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practices
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to improve mobility and relieve pain
- Educate patients on posture, lifestyle modifications, exercise, and wellness strategies to support recovery and prevent recurrence
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other health professionals to deliver integrated, high-quality care
- Stay up to date on best practices, clinical research, and new chiropractic techniques

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Registered Chiropractor in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Proficient in pain management strategies and spinal/musculoskeletal techniques
- Strong knowledge of chiropractic and medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused and compassionate approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Motivated to build a thriving caseload with the support of a well-established clinic

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
