**Responsibilities and Duties**

  • Equipment set-up and assembly of Fillers
  • Perform on-line quality control checks, taking samples
  • Production reporting and documentation
  • Monitor product and sealing temperatures including package integrity and weight control
  • Fill equipment with the appropriate packaging materials
  • CIP and sanitation
  • Basic computer use

**Qualifications and Skills** **Production experience in the Dairy industry**

  • Production experience in the Dairy industry and/or Post-Secondary Education in Food Science specifically in Dairy Science or Post Secondary in manufacturing a definite asset.
  • Experience in operation of high-speed fillers
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Aptitude and desire to progress into a leadership role

Pay: $30.15-$33.50 per hour
