**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

**Skills**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Proficiency in using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
