**We are growing and actively looking for people to work FULL TIME / PART TIME / SEASONAL** for both the residential and commercial sides of the business.

**Salt Truck Driver / Machine Operator**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for operating machinery and/or trucks involved in the overall winter maintenance of largescale commercial and industrial parking lots and walkways.
- Participate in the overall operations of the winter maintenance department by assisting in tasks such as refueling equipment, re-filling salt boxes, installing snow stakes, etc.
- Participate in data tracking pertaining to salt reduction, response time, quality of service, etc.
- Working in a safe and efficient manner at all hours of the day/night.
- Remain on call throughout the duration of the winter season and be ready to respond to winter storms.
- Work in cold and challenging environments.

**Qualifications**:

- Winter maintenance experience.
- Experience operating skid steers, wheel loaders, walkway tractors, etc.
- Experience operating large commercial vehicles.
- AZ/DZ license is an asset.
- Ability to be on-call throughout the season.
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
- Reliable and on-time.
- The ability to travel and provide own transportation.
