If you enjoy working in an industry that makes a difference in the field of community protection and security, then we have the perfect role for you. Our rapidly growing team is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Production Technician.

This position is based in Richmond or Montreal, Quebec.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide technical support to all INNOTEX production sites located in Canada and the US
- Create and maintain technical documents, specifications, samples, patterns, and tools for production
- Generate visual content that supports technical documents (Illustrator, Corel, or other software)
- Ensure that different production sites have and use tools created by the technical department and ensure that information transmitted to relevant personnel is understood
- Ensure that each order with customer specifications is processed within prescribed deadlines
- Participate in technical meetings to ensure that all tools are in place before production
- Research effective methods to improve internal production tools
- Provide necessary technical support and training to all relevant departments

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in apparel design/sowing or other pertinent experience in a manufacturing setting
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the apparel industry, and in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in pattern making, grading, and garment construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, functional knowledge of Illustrator (experience with Gerber Accumark is a plus)
- Experience in an ISO9001 certified environment is a plus
- Bilingual (French and English) both spoken and written. (We have a plant located in the United States.)
