Browns Socialhouse Salisbury Gate is looking for a floor manager. The Floor Manager position has growth potential and will challenge your leadership values and commitment to service excellence.
- Assist in day to day leadership and management of the restaurant
- Maintain and support the high standards of Browns Socialhouse and the quality in our food and beverage programs
- Co-ordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain daily communication for food, wine and beverage details as they relate to service
- Develop and maintain staff's knowledge through ongoing training
- Culture a positive work environment where staff development and good work are recognized

You should have:

- At least two years of management experience working in the restaurant industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service and oral written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of excel, word and outlook
- Strong computer skills
- Office administration skills
- The ability to train team members
- High attention to detail
- True passion for customer service at the highest level
- Social media experience is a huge asset
- Honesty and reliable
- Flexibility to work, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- mangement: 1 year (preferred)
- Serving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (required)

Work Location: In person
