Mixer/scaler

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate mixing equipment to combine ingredients accurately, achieving the desired texture, consistency, and quality.
- Precisely weigh and scale ingredients according to recipe requirements to ensure consistency and quality in all batches.
- Monitor the mixing process, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to facilitate the movement of materials and finished products.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of machining processes and carpentry skills are an asset.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
