**Position Summary**:
Join Cycura as a Delivery Manager, helping ensure the successful delivery of projects and services that help maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our client’s security For someone with a passion for managing the delivery of novel technology, a keen interest in staying abreast of the evolving security landscape, and a devotion for delivering on-time and within-budget projects; this opportunity positions you in a high-impact role, helping clients protect their most critical assets by flexing your problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills. **What you will be doing**:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead a team of cybersecurity experts, oversee demand management, and manage resource utilization
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies
- Manage project status reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the quality assurance of project deliverables
- Manage client expectations and address issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.
- Implement and uphold best practices for project and service management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and incorporate lessons learned into future initiatives

**You have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, computer science (or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or related role
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications considered an asset
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Expert presentation skills
