**Position Summary**:
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This is an entry level position, ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation who enjoys solving problems and working with hardware. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day tech operations, with a focus on equipment setup, troubleshooting, and user support.

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for Windows operating systems, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and network connectivity.
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, including hardware setup and account configuration.
- Documentation: Documenting all customer interactions (internal), problems and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Referring complex or unresolved issues to more advanced technical support staff.
- Training users on new technologies or procedures.
- Other duties and tasks can be assigned by your supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years in an IT support or helpdesk environment (internships or co-ops are welcome).
- A degree or college diploma in IT or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with setting up and supporting iPhones and Android devices.
