We are currently seeking a person ready to roll up their sleeves and join our Fort McMurray Service team as our next Filter Service Technician. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve clean indoor air. This role is the go-to in the day-to-day process of changing HVAC unit air filters for our oil sands customers, which protects their processes and keep their businesses running. This is a full-time, 50 hour per week, position supporting plant sites around Fort McMurray, working from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime paid after 40 hours.
The day-to-day activities of our Filter Service Technician will include:
- Service Delivery - Inspect and change air filters in HVAC units and perform the associated repairs and housekeeping duties to ensure that our customers continuously have clean indoor air.
- Commitment to Safety - Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a safe work environment for all team members, conducting hazard assessments, and documenting any incidents or near misses.
- Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the Service team and actively participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems.
- 1+ years of experience in labor work.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude in previous roles.
- A non-GDL Class 5 driver’s license with a clean 3-year Driver’s Abstract and three years of insured driving history.

**What We Offer**:
