**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and needs.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their understanding of the material.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that fosters a love for learning.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in Math or English, is preferred.
- New grad / Student in University with great passion on this industry is also welcomed.
- Students received the high school education in Ontario is also welcomed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children of various ages.
- Experience working in a classroom setting is advantageous.
