**Car Wash Supervisor - Full-Time, Permanent**

**Job Summary**

Any Group Agency is looking for a hands-on **Car Wash Supervisor** who is comfortable working alongside the team and leading daily operations. This is a **full-time, permanent position with guaranteed hours and no layoffs**.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the car wash
- Ensure interior and exterior cleaning meet company quality standards
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash equipment
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Maintain soap and supply inventory
- Ensure all staff follow company procedures and performance standards
- Assist the team with cleaning tasks when needed

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and customer friendly
- **Previous supervisory experience managing a team of 8-15 employees**:

- **Previous job references required**:

- Valid SIN to work in Canada
- **Students will not be considered**:

- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and get hands-on
