**Company Description**
Under general supervision, the Distribution Associate will ensure that the responsibilities of their core function **(Picking)**outlined below drive our overall distribution objectives related to on-time delivery, order fulfilment, customer pallet build and delivery specifications while ensuring a safe work environment in the process.
- Pick and pack customer orders utilizing RF scanners
- Pallet build based on customer specifications (Full pallet, Layer pallet, Mix Cases pallet, etc.), ensure “heavy to light” pallet structure
- Ensure on-time and fill rate for customer orders, notify Lead Hand/Supervisor of any discrepancies impacting customer specifications

**Qualifications**
- Forklift License - i.e. Order Picker/Bay Lifter, Reach Truck, Counter Balance
- 2-3 years related distribution experience - RF Experience is a must
- Computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Capable to lift up to 40 lbs
- Grade 12 diploma
- SAP experience is an asset
