**Description**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls from our clients and their members in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner; updating their information in our systems and ensuring that their requests on orders, are accurately recorded for our warehousing and dispatch teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

Communicate Issues with Account Reps
- Assist Account Reps with Daily Updates upon Request
- Weekly Meeting to report trends that are being noticed.
- Help Sort & Scan PODs
- List key points and job functions
- Must be detailed orientated.
- Understand and maintain work priorities.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills / Experience / Required Qualifications**
- Customer service / call centre experience
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong “customer first” attitude
- Good organizational skills and strong time-management techniques
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS suite of programs and special in-house menu based systems
- Display high ethics, character and commitment to business policies and decisions
- Display initiative in handling problems, be a team player and support changes
