**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project specifications
- Perform construction painting tasks on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
- Conduct restoration painting to refurbish and preserve existing structures
- Use rigging techniques to access hard-to-reach areas safely
- Operate various hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely during painting processes
- Assist with carpentry tasks as needed for surface preparation or repairs
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed throughout the project
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

**Skills**
- Proven experience in construction painting, restoration, industrial, or commercial painting projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment
- Ability to perform residential painting with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Skilled in caulking techniques for seamless finishes
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction
- Basic carpentry skills for surface preparation or minor repairs
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction and industrial environments
