**Duties**
- Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Assist in drywall installation and repair, including caulking and finishing work.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction painting, including both residential and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, rigging techniques, and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking methods, and restoration techniques is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
