The role of the Business Analyst is to provide data-driven insights and technical solutions that help the business to make informed decisions and drive success.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information in an intuitive way to all staff levels of the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide insights
- Collaborate with the project delivery team to create and maintain data models and visualizations in PowerBI
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Convert business requirements into creative technical solutions
- Execute plans while maintaining a focus on data security
- Communicate effectively with people from all levels within the organization
- Become an expert in the existing ERP systems, including Explorer Software - Eclipse and Procore
- Contribute and implement improvements to our existing ERP systems and potential new systems down the road
- Demonstrate excellent technical and analytical skills in Transact SQL, PowerBI stack, and Python.
- Provide precise, accurate, and well-documented solutions
- Map existing processes and providing suggestions for improvement
- Pursue ongoing education to stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the business.

**Required Skills**:

- Understanding of business systems and processes
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience leading process improvement/module implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attitude and ability to pursue successful resolution to issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A self-starter, flexible, with the ability to handle various tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to handle change and development of processes and controls in a rapidly growing, dynamic company environment.
- Ability to think clearly in stressful situations and act with composure, tact and discretion
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across disciplines

**Education**:

- Business degree or diploma is an asset.

**Salary Range**: $75,000-$90,000/ year

**Location**: Abbotsford, BC - in Office

**Schedule**: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
