**What is an Executive Advisor?**

**Executive Advisors** are an exclusive group of business executives who help to guide, mentor, advise and provide research content with CIO’s and senior executives members. Their coaching assists executives and business leaders in delivering improved results by optimizing decision making, mitigating risk, and addressing the top challenges they face on the path to improving IT results.**

**Who You Are**

**A successful** Executive Advisor **within the **Small Enterprise Global Services** team is someone who gets excited to work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds (industries, company sizes, etc) where they can leverage their extensive IT Management and leadership experience to make an impact.***:

- **A former or transitioning Senior IT Manager/CIO / Technology leaders (Manufacturing/Utilities/Financial Services/Professional Services/ Healthcare/Transportation)**:

- **Senior management experience in an IT capacity, Consulting, IT Supplier, or other related capacity**:

- **Accomplished, authentic and engaged leader with experience in growth and/or transformational environments**:

- **Able to facilitate / lead discussions on topic areas of security, vendor management, talent and workforce management, data and analytics, org design and op model and cost optimization**:

- **In depth understanding of the IT industry and the CIO role while possessing the ability to listen, probe, and challenge senior executives**:

- **Assessing ambiguous situations and solving client issues by providing outcome-based options with appropriate ITRG support to achieve desired results**:

- **Strong independent self-starter who takes initiative in managing their day to day**:

- **Easily builds rapport and relationships with tenured senior executives while creating trust with CIO executives**:

- **Technically sufficient and work with mínimal direction**:

- **Strong verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills**:

- **Manage under-serviced members and identify growth opportunities**:

- **Participate in regular communication / support / education and participation with Sales Leadership and**:

- **Develop and maintain trusting relationships by partnering with our members**:

- **Advisors are accountable for member’s satisfaction and engagement with Info-Tech.**:

- **Leverage ITRG Research and Advisory to serve IT Executives and Leaders.**:

- **Diagnose member pain points and connect them with our Subject Matter Experts**:

- **Contribute to continuing development of Advisory Services and ITRG Research through member interactions.**:

- **Discover and document key initiatives for senior IT leaders and develop short plans for support.**:
