**The Role**:

- Manage and motivate a team to increased sales and operational efficiency
- Ensureexceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and scheduling processes
- Provided ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Manage and maintaininventory to optimizestock levels.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
