**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general physical activities to load and move shipments by hand or using handling equipment.
- Operate forklift, hand pump cart or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
- Assemble/build containers and crates, to pack goods.
- Lead in loading of trucks.
- Work closely with assembly and fabrication to plan ahead and work to accommodate schedule.
- Accurately complete all required shipping documentation (final releases, packing slips, brokerage documents, etc)
- Clearly label all shipments in shipping area and follow up on stagnant shipments.
- Pick items for spare parts orders in a timely manner from pick list provided.
- Measure and request trucks as needed for conveyor systems and other shipments departing Tri Mach.
- Continuously improves and documents work processes, ensures that processes are communicated with all teams affected.
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Completion of High School or equivalent
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, professional attitude.
- Excellent organizational / time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- You have a get it done attitude and are skilled at removing barriers.
- You operate with a team spirit, not with ego; you want everyone, including yourself, to do their best work; you see your success as dependent on the success of the team.
- You have the ability to think beyond the needs of the customer to point out errors and potential issues.
- You are able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, cope effectively with complexity and change, quickly understand and absorb new information and respond appropriately.
- You are a straight shooter who gets to the point and can clearly communicate in both oral and written form.

**Assets**:

- Previous experience in Shipping Receiving.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Experience in custom fab or automation.
