**Job Title**: Injection Molding Technician
**Duties**:
- Operate and maintain injection molding and CNC equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products adhere to high standards.
- Perform mold changes and setup adjustments to accommodate different production runs.
- Utilize hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Monitor and control production processes using logic controllers.
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using mechanical expertise.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated and verifiable experience in injection molding and machining techniques.
- Strong familiarity with mold changes and setup adjustments.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with quality inspection processes.
- Valid forklift certification with substantial experience in operating forklifts.
- Knowledge of effective warehouse management practices.
- High mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
