Anchor Products has been in business for 57 years. With 6 branches in Western Canada we are premier supplier of industrial/construction anchors, tools and safety products.

We are looking for a shipper/receiver to join our warehouse team. The right person is someone who is team and customer focused with excellent attention to detail and work ethic. There can be opportunities for advancement for the right individual.
- Accurately receive incoming shipments and alert the purchasing team of any discrepancies
- Put received items into their places in the warehouse
- Maintain the warehouse: labeling, bin locations, cleanup, etc.
- Pick orders and branch transfers
- There will be some coverage at shipping so previous shipping experience is preferred
- Forklift and order picker experience is an asset
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are required - strong numeracy, including imperial measures and fractions
- Organized with good time management skills - ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a busy warehouse
- Communication skills with the ability to listen to instructions while sharing information with team members, buyers, sales people and management
- Work ethic - this is a physical job requiring the ability to move heavy boxes (30-50 pounds) continuously, by hand, throughout the day according to the flow of goods coming in and going out.
- Team player that takes on their share of the work with reliable attendance and a great attitude
