**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**

Lead and coordinate Warehouse resources for Côté Gold. Lead the team to deliver safe, responsible and effective warehouse services including receiving, issuing, inventory counts, shipping of items and more. Support, coach, train and create space for Warehouse resources to be successful.

**Key Responsibilities**

Area 1:
Leading and coordinating Warehouse resources.
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Supervise Warehouse personnel to prepare and maintain warehouse services in support of business objectives.
- Understand plans and requirements from each unit and collaborate closely with others on shift in preparing and coordinating warehouse activities.
- Lead and empower employees in achieving world class warehouse services and improve employee work performance and efficiency through mentorship and feedback.
- Create space for the team to be effective in delivering results.
- Foster an inclusive work environment.
- Provide clear work objectives and expectations of the performance levels required to achieve business plans and services targets.
- Ensure that training is provided in accordance with the current and future needs of Côté Gold.
- Ensure the required resources (people and equipment) are in place to achieve targets.
- Promote a high performance culture by setting expectations, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching.
- Offer new approaches, methods or policies to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
- Administer and comply with system requirements in a manner consistent with policies, procedures and regulations.
- Perform worksite inspections and safe work observations; participate in and lead investigations.

Area 2:
Warehouse management.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve warehouse management.
- Oversee the transfer of materials in and out of the warehouse and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare communication materials, manuals and other written materials related to warehouse management.
- Investigate, delegate and resolve queries, problems and supply issues to minimize risks.
- Comply with established methodologies and quality standards related to each are while at the same time recommending new or alternate approaches.
- Oversee daily inventory count report.
- Oversee the collection and reporting of warehouse data.
- Liaise with other departments on material movement and turnover to ensure that inventory holdings are adequate.

Area 3:
Operational excellence.
- Seek opportunities to improve mine services.
- Be proactive and solution driven and implement operational improvements.
- Be obsessive in road quality and maintenance due to the Autonomous Haulage system that need a road network in world class shape
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement.
- Continually seek to improve your skills as a Supervisor, Warehouse.
- Watch for inefficiencies or problems.
- Ensure problems and inefficiencies are shared with others.
- Work collaboratively to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Consider risk along the five dimensions (throughput, time, quality, sustainability and cost).

Area 4:
Work collaboratively with others to deliver operational reliability.
- Provides leadership and direction to the various warehouse personnel stakeholders to ensure that the business objectives are met.
- Coordinate with other team members on site to meet shift deliverables.
- Mentor and train new team members.
- Participate in and lend your expertise to the team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively using the tools provided.
- Ensure equipment logs and shift logs are accurate and complete.
- Ensure any deficiencies are communicated to the appropriate team members for follow up.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on our commitment to our team, our communities, the environment, and our shareholders.
