We offer a competitive remuneration package, professional development opportunities, and promote a safe and healthy workplace.**Reporting to**: Regional Clinic Manager**A day in the life of a Customer Care Team Lead involves**: - Supporting the Regional Clinic Manager with training and onboarding of new customer care representatives. - Troubleshooting queries from Customer Care team and support with calendar management. - Adhering to standards for 3rd billing and insurance as they relate to clinic dispensing procedures. - Managing any notable customer compliments or complaints that require action or acknowledgement at a management level - Networking with other leaders in the company, hearing health sector, professional associations and community. - Assisting with local clinic activities in support of National Marketing Campaigns. **We'd love to hear from you if you have**: - Previous administrative or leadership experience with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (French & English) - The proven ability to support in a team environment - You are aligned with our value of helping others with an aptitude of problem solving - You have a "Can-Do" attitude, you love to learn and are passionate about growing your knowledge **What you get in return**: - Competitive Hourly Wage - **Reimbursement on Mileage** - Full Benefits Package on Day 1 - Monday - Friday (business hours) - 3 weeks vacations to start + birthday off - Eligibility for Quarterly Bonus - Growth and development opportunities **Don't think you meet the criteria?** - If you’re willing to go all in and learn, we'd still love to hear from you- **More About Us**: - We value our workforce and recognize that each client journey is unique.
