Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi skilled Worker to join our team. As a Multi skilled Worker, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties across various trades, including framing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywall, and more. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in multiple areas of construction and maintenance.

**Duties**:

- Perform plumbing installations and repairs, including pipe fitting and fixture installation
- Switching out electrical switches and lights
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to carry out construction projects
- Lay tiles and flooring materials with precision and attention to detail
- Installing as well as patching drywall
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in multiple trades such as framing, drywall, tile laying, trim work, etc.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
