**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for coffee and commitment to customer satisfaction will help enhance the overall experience for our patrons.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly service while taking orders and answering questions about menu items.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other during busy shifts.
- Uphold quality standards by consistently checking the taste and presentation of beverages.

**Experience**
- **Previous barista experience** is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in food service or retail environments.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and handling procedures is essential.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- A genuine passion for coffee culture and eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques is highly valued.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
