**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and level surfaces for installation
- Measure and cut flooring materials with precision
- Install hardwood, carpet, and vinyl flooring efficiently and professionally
- Remove existing flooring when required
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Represent the company with professionalism on every job

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract **(required)**:

- Able to pass a criminal record check **(required)**:

- Proven experience in flooring installation **(required)**:

- Must be physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be neat in appearance and wearing proper work attire

**Additional Information**:

- Sub-contractors must supply their own tools and transportation
- Hourly employees will be provided with a company vehicle and tools

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Floor Installation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
