**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of landscaping professionals to achieve excellence.
- **Truck Operations**: Safely drive and manage company trucks for transporting equipment and materials.
- **Hands-On Task Execution and Oversight**: Not only oversee but also actively engage in and execute all landscaping tasks, including:

- Lawn Mowing
- Line Trimming (Weed Eating)
- Blowing
- Weeding
- Shrub Trimming
- Bark Mulching
- Leaf Cleanup
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that every task, both managed and executed, is completed with precision and care.
- **Operational Coordination**: Act as a liaison between field teams and management, communicating updates, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

**Job Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
- **Pay**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
- **Schedule**: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- **Experience**: A minimum of two years of experience in professional landscaping and leadership roles is required.
- **Licence/Certification**: Valid Driving Licence (preferred)
- **Work Location**: In person
