**Overview**

Looking for a third or fourth year apprentice with experience in residential or commercial plumbing rough-in. We install and service plumbing and hydronic heating systems in the residential sector. We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber looking to take on challenges and strengthen their plumbing knowledge and skills. As a third or fourth year Apprentice Plumber, you will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers, gaining hands-on experience and learning essential skills in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. You will be exposed to various aspects of the trade, including working with tools and equipment, reading blueprints, and understanding plumbing systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. You may also be asked to do tasks on your own that are suitable for your skill level.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand plumbing layouts.
- Help with the installation of fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Participate in troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Learn basic math skills necessary for measuring and calculating dimensions for plumbing installations.

**Qualifications**
- Professionalism, punctuality, reliability, a good attitude, and great communication is required.
- Has two levels of plumbing school completed and understands how to read the code book
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in plumbing work.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge in carpentry or HVAC systems is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in the plumbing field.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be physically able to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Having Working at Heights and WHIMIS is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
