Work as part of a sales team servicing all customer needs.
- Provide excellent friendly customer service within any store department.
- Ability to maintain a positive customer service attitude when dealing with customers, vendors, or associates.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
- Produce quotes, material lists and follow up on customer deliveries.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with existing customers/contractors
- Participate in various training courses as needed.
- Source and order non-stock products
- Create purchase orders and sales slips accurately and on time.
- Be flexible to work our retail sales desk and lend a hand where needed.
