**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Sort materials based on type, size, and quality to ensure proper processing.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and loaders as needed for material handling.
- Sanitate work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Clean and maintain sorting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare materials for further processing as required.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks, moving materials as necessary throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a sorting or material handling role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
