1to1 Rehab is an accredited niche therapy service provider known for our strength in Speech-Language Pathology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Nutritional services. 1to1’s team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Registered Dietitians, and Therapy Assistants provide services in homes, long-term care facilities, and schools in the Greater Toronto Area to clients of all ages.

Position Summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment; including assisting with writing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, posting, resume screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, and reference checks.
- Recommend recruitment strategies and ideas that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, knowledge, and experience based on position requirements.
- Responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the office.
- Oversee the administration of HR documents, ensuring all files are properly uploaded.
- Monitor and manage PPE inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Assist the HR Manager as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar full-cycle recruitment role.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using different recruitment tools and techniques.
- Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the health-care sector is considered an asset.
