**About the Position**

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting the Human Resources function within the company including employee administration, management of personnel records, supporting benefits programs using HRIS, compliance with laws and regulations, hourly recruitment via our ATS, new hire administration, payroll support, and other duties as assigned to support human resources.

**So what does it take to be successful in this role?**

You will need to have a High School Diploma and 3+ years of related coordinator or administrative level HR. In addition, you will have experience ultilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office programs and able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency. You'll thrive in this role if you are positive, maintain a professional demeanor, have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to work as a team player. The nature of the work will require that you take initiative, responsibility and be flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced and fluid business environment. Communicating effectively and decisively with all levels of the organization and a solution mindset will be key
