We're looking for an upbeat and professional individual with a background in the manufacturing industry to be a part of our growing staff. The ideal Quality Control Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day oversight of our manufacturing facilities, including inspecting materials and final products, tracking production data and communicating with our board of directors, among other responsibilities. This position will allow for growth as our company expands and is an excellent opportunity for a person who loves problem solving and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Introduce new methods and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes.
- Ensure that a high level of quality service is provided to customers.
- Intervene with clients on behalf of Quality Control staff when appropriate.
- Supervise staff, ensuring that individual assignments are completed and that overall projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze existing client contracts, business plans, and other documents to determine how they may impact the Quality Control department.
- Meet with clients to ensure the proper execution of the department's mission statement.
