Junior Estimator

- **TB Doors & Frames is a locally based supplier of commercial steel doors, wood doors & pressed steel frames as well as finishing hardware, washroom accessories, toilet partitions & lockers to projects throughout Northern Ontario. Responsibilities & Duties
- Reports to manager, estimating and project management team
- Review tender documents and analyze scope, specification and schedule requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Provide clear, detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate estimates of direct and indirect cost
- Request material and/or service pricing from 3rd party suppliers
- Ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings
- Strong knowledge of standard estimating practices
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience
- Must have a **minimum** of 2 years experience in estimating
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must be fluent in English both written and verbal
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- MUST RESIDE IN SUDBURY, ONTARIO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
