We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Corporate Account Manager**to join our team at the Brampton Terminal, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Accounts. In this role, you will deliver Superior Quality Service through all customer interactions, achieve positive sales results, secure new major customers, and grow existing volume in our core service areas.

**Sales territory**:
Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

- Identify and secure million-dollar accounts with multiple sites across our system, while growing the existing customer base.
- Develop and sell value-based transportation solutions.
- Focus on sustainable profitable growth and live the Midland values.
- Manage the territory to balance the requirements of securing business, customer maintenance & agreement renewals.
- Resolve issues related to service, billing, and claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform administrative duties such as generating WIN reports, updating CRM systems and contracts.
- Manage and implement rate increases to support the company's revenue goals.
- Support company initiatives to drive profitable growth.
- You have post-secondary education: a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- You have minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the transportation industry.
- You are proficient in selling value-based solutions, organized, high energy and a self-starter.
- You have strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- You have strong presentation skills.
- You have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
- You have a vehicle, valid driver’s license and can travel within the territory.
