“This role sits within our outstanding Sales team at Sky Business and you will be responsible for the development of the defined account portfolio of Hotel and Serviced Apartment group accounts within Sky Business, maintaining established client relationships and maximising sector business opportunities through targeting potential new customers,” National Account Manager
What you'll do:
- Be fully responsible for delivering budgeted revenue growth
- Protect, grow & maintain revenue through a data driven insight and analytical approach
- Develop and nurture knowledge of your client accounts including financial performance, company and brand strategy.
- Delivery of all sales strategy and campaigns, including new business acquisition and churn prevention.
- Work flexibly with your clients to achieve mutual security as we come through a challenging period for the market.
- Deliver high quality relationship management across our Hotel group accounts, incorporating a broad range of multi-level contacts.
- Reduce levels of debt through negotiation and day to day customer management
- Ensure outstanding levels of administration, working closely with other departments across Sky Business.
What you'll bring:
- Ability to look at things differently using commercial acumen and creative flair
- Proven experience at a National account management level with the ability to prospect, present and close sales.
- Have in depth knowledge and proven background of working across the UK Hospitality sector.
- Understanding of and existing contacts within key hotel groups
- Positive relationship management skill set/style with tried ability to influence decisions at every level.
- Excellent organisation, administerial & prioritisation.
- Strong commercial and analytical approach to confidently negotiate with senior internal and external partners.
- Advanced capability in Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
