**Responsabilités**
- Préparer les dossiers pour les transactions immobilières.
- Rédiger des actes et autres documents juridiques.
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les institutions financières, les courtiers immobiliers et les courtiers hypothécaires.
- Réaliser des examens de titres approfondis.
- Compiler les rapports finaux.
- Assister le personnel dans diverses tâches administratives.

**Qualifications**
- DES ou AEC en technologie juridique.
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- 1 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une étude notariale ou un bureau d'avocats.
- Forte orientation vers le service client.
- Haut niveau de minutie et attention aux détails.
- La connaissance de ProCardex est un atout.
**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare files for real estate transactions.
- Draft deeds and other legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, real estate brokers, and mortgage brokers.
- Conduct thorough title examinations.
- Compile final reports.
- Support staff with various administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**
- DES or AEC in Paralegal Technology.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a notarial or legal office.
- Strong orientation towards customer service.
- High level of thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ProCardex is considered an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
