Our Pusateri's Commissary Location is looking for a Full-Time Meat Prep to assist in the day-to-day operation of our Food Production Facility. Our location is open Monday to Friday. NO WEEKEND required

**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Responsible for preparing meat, chicken, and pork by cleaning, portioning, marinating and packaging.
- Weigh, measure, and count all products and materials.
- Maintain a professional image as an ambassador of Pusateri’s
- Consistently follow task lists, and quality standards, ensuring the health and safety procedures are kept.
- Collaborate, communicate, and build long-term relationships with team members.
- Responsible for the maintenance and organization of the department, supporting the department staff in the area.
- Ensure a safe work environment for all employees, taking every reasonable precaution.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Ability to understand and follow directions from others.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs standing for long periods, occasionally throughout the shift.
- Good general knife skills are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Committed to working a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment
