Food Expeditor

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate food orders between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor the preparation of food items to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist with salad and dessert preparation as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting area.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems for take out and 3rd party delivery orders.
- Provide excellent guest services when taking take out orders and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

**Skills**
- Proficient in food handling and safety practices.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
- Capable of multitasking in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace at all times.
