Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in painting vertical multi-family builds, new-home developments, large renovation and restoration projects, warranty work, and touch-ups
- Must possess the ability to quickly and efficiently communicate with other field and office team members to comply with the required scope.
- Have the knowledge and experience to properly conduct hazard assessments and be aware of safety issues and concerns.
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in English or Spanish
- Detailed orientated
- Familiar with the required tools and materials of the industry
- Physical dexterity, strength, and balance
- Time management.
- Applicants: will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience and a broad set of painting skills to tackle the variety of projects we complete as each job is unique.
.Hands-on experience in customer service, communication and team work.
Work indoors and outdoors with a crew of 2-4 people.
Position Descriptions:
- Able to work full-time Monday to Friday and weekend if you care to too.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal, Freelance
Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- painting: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction Painters: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
