**Workday Finance Consultant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage functional and integration security assignments, troubleshooting, and governance related to core finance operations.
- Support requirement gathering, design, unit testing, and end-to-end project activities across Finance Core, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Supplier Accounts, and Customer Accounts.
- Develop and optimize Workday reports to meet business and legacy system requirements.
- Participate in customer sessions to review project progress, tenant validation, and configuration.
- Analyze existing financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Configure and manage Workday security groups, password policies, and compliance settings in line with best practices.
- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transfer of financial data from legacy systems.
- Build and support integrations such as bank statement loading in BAI2 format.
