We are looking for Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultants who are looking for an opportunity to advance their career and help support our growing practice. These roles can be based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of D365 BC and its add-on products
- Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of D365 BC
- Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to D365 BC clients
- Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology

Basic Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of implementation experience using Microsoft’s D365 Business Central and/or previous versions of Dynamics NAV
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred
- General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS.NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Possess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in person
- Ability to interface with clients both in person and remotely
- Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
